1. Where do you run your courses?

Several possibilites : in the facilities provided by the Knowledge Village such as conference rooms; in a hotel.

 2. Is lunch provided?

Yes. We provide tea and coffee as well as a light lunch.

3. What are the course times?

Courses begin at 8.30 am and finish at 5.00 pm. We advise delegates to arrive at 8:15 am to ensure a prompt start to the course.

4. Can you tailor a course to meet the specific needs of our company?

Yes – our customised courses reflect the culture, terminology and specific objectives of your company and can be designed to compliment programs that you are already running. typically in group sessions comprising of between 6-12 participants.

5. If I have to cancel, what is the cancellation fee?

14 days or more from course commencement: a full refund is available less an admin fee of AED 150 per participant , or alternatively transfer to another course or course date
Less than 14 days from course commencement: cancellations received less than 14 days from course commencement are subject to full payment

6. In what languages do you deliver your training?

English, Arabic. Any other languages of delivery are subject to the available skills and resources.
