Supporting managerial development for success

The academy has been developed to provide a defined progression route to support participants through each stage of their managerial career. Whilst any of our courses can be taken in isolation, if you are looking for a development path then there are three main routes that you can take.

  1. Gateway Route – The courses highlighted in this route provide the essential skills that help in the transition to different managerial levels.
  2. Qualification Route – Still delivering the core skills of the Gateway route, but leading to a recognised professional qualification.
  3. People and Teams – Focussing on the specific aspects of people and team management.
